Sara’s knowledge and experience, as well as her negotiating expertise, serves all of her real estate clients well. Excellent service and communication are always top of mind with her. Sara is married and has 2 daughters, 1 cat, and 1 dog.
Married to a farmer, Sara brings a unique insight into land and farm purchases.
Sara is a graduate of Murray State University with a communications degree and a minor in advertising.
JENNIFER BAROUSSE RICHARD

Jennifer started in the agency as Sara’s transaction coordinator and personal assistant. She continues to handle those daily transactions as well as the marketing of the Sara Gipson Group.
Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Jennifer enjoys working with investors and first-time home buyers. She’s passionate about serving and growing our local community and is committed to providing excellent service to every detail of your real estate transaction.
Jennifer is married to an avid outdoorsman and has 2 cats and 1 dog.
EMILY GIPSON
Emily’s heart for service led her to following in her mother’s footsteps of becoming a REALTOR®. As a senior in her last semester at Western Kentucky University, she has studied a variety of topics from music to marketing before landing on communications with a minor in creative writing. She will graduate with her BA in May 2021. When it comes to working with clients, Emily is especially passionate about walking through the process with first time homebuyers. She says, “I love being that steadfast rock and informational source for people who are in such a monumental, and even emotional, time in their lives.
